This website provides living wills, patient authorisations and other important documents for interested individuals in case of emergencies. The website is exclusively private and serves no commercial purposes!
An emergency card has been created for everyone who has deposited a living will or authorisation. This card can be used to access the document containing the patient’s wishes, e.g. by doctors, police officers and relatives.

In case of an emergency, please find the login card in the wallet of the person concerned. It contains the information needed to access the patient’s living will.
Auf dieser Webseite werden Patientenverfügungen, Patientenvollmachten und andere wichtige Dokumente von interessierten Menschen für Notfälle bereit gestellt. Die Webseite ist ausschliesslich privat und dient keinen kommerziellen Zwecken!
Für alle die eine Verfügung oder eine Vollmacht hinterlegt haben wurde eine Notfallkarte erstellt. Mit dieser Karte kann das Dokument mit dem Patientenwillen abgerufen werden, z.B. von Ärzten, Polizisten und Angehörigen.
